Stop Trafficking Liberate Lives
I have personally witnessed the power of this ministry to young girls and women vulnerable to the human trafficking industry. Each year estimates are that 600,000 to 800,000 people are trafficked across the world for the purposes of promoting the sex industry. For the average price of $3500 people are bought and sold for the puropse of serving as sexual slaves. These individuals are offered bogus jobs in cafes and shops in exotic locations worldwide promising good pay and an escape from their intolerable conditions on the street. Within hours of accepting these positions they are beaten, stripped of their passports, dignity and innocence.
From this point their lives consist of "servicing" up to 35 clients each day with no pay and no hope of escape. This is their life until they die of AIDS, suicide, or murder or make an unlikely escape. STALL is a ministry devoted to intercepting these young women before they become another statistic by providing them with a safe home, education, and the love of Christ.
